EXHIBITOR BENEFITS
Booth fee also includes a free ad in the Program booklet, a free link to your website from ours, and full registration for one person per booth. Full registration includes entry to all technical sessions, Sunday through Wednesday, and one ticket to the reception on Sunday evening. Additional exhibitor representatives wishing to attend the annual conference sessions and/or special events must register and/or buy event tickets at the registration desk. Career Fair The Career Fair will provide your organisation an opportunity to connect with current and future wildlife professionals. In 2009, 92.3% of the Career Fair exhibitors rated attendance as excellent or good. The Career Fair will take place on Monday, October4 from 8:30 am – 12:00 pm. Career Fair exhibitors will have the same booth location for the entire conference. Career Fair set-up hours are 7:00 am – 8:30 am. Booth Furnishings & Freight Handling Booths are 10 ft. deep x 8 ft. wide and consist of an 8 ft. high back drape, 3 ft. high drape on two sides, one 8 ft. skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and one 7 in. x 44 in. identification sign. Additional furniture, freight handling, rental exhibits, or labor may be ordered from the Official Decorator. Forms to order electrical, telephone, and Internet services will be included in your Exhibitor Service Manual. Please note that the exhibit hall site is carpeted. Premium booths are determined by location. Book Display Books and scientific journals on wildlife ecology and conservation are of special interest to conference participants. The Book Display is located with the conference store and is open Sunday through Wednesday. Publishers interested in having books included in the display should complete and return the reservation form. Pending confirmation of space, book(s) and 300 order forms per book should be sent to the address listed on the reservation form. All books become the property of TWS at the close of the Book Display. Who Will I Meet? More than 1,500 wildlife professionals and students are expected to take part in the conference.
